If in my role I am being asked to do work that is not in my job description Where do I stand? Also if they are using someone else to fulfil my role instead is that legal?
JA: Have you discussed this with a manager or HR? Or with a lawyer?
Customer: I have tried discussing with my manager but i am told due to cutbacks you have no choice..It want done in a friendly job chat manner at all..We have no on site HR it is all central
