I will therefore give generic advice on the basis of the information provided.If you have been put through redundancy your employer needs to follow a fair consultation process as well as look for alternative suitable roles within the business for you. Your employment must also follow a fair selection process before selecting you for redundancy. If a fair process has been followed and there is no alternative role for you then you are entitled to a statutory redundancy payment unless your employer operates an enhanced redundancy policy.If you believe you have been unfairly treated or discriminated you could either try and negotiate a better settlement with your employer Or you could file a claim in the Employment Tribunal.If you provide further information, I may be able to better advice you.I hope the above helps.
