I would like to know if conceiving naturally but with high

Customer Question

I would like to know if conceiving naturally but with high DNA sperm fragmentation in the sperm could increase the chances of a birth defect, or would it just reduce chances of conceiving naturally in the first place?
Secondly, would having slightly above range IgA in serum mean you are likely to have Iga sperm antibodies?
Many thanks

It increases the chances of infertility and of recurrent miscarriage but not of birth defects.
