Dear sirs,I am Directo

Customer Question

Dear sirs,
I am Director of Educational Consultancy company, based in London. I am helping students to get into the further education. Most of my clients are EU members who resides in UK. The course they are applying is fully funded by Student Finance UK. According to the Student Finance EU students who resides in UK are entitled to full student finance.
Recently, two weeks ago, Student Finance stopped funding for new students till September 2014. They said this will not affect current students, but it does affect, specially EU members. Only EU students facing lots of problems at the moment: their finance is blocked, everyday they get different letters stating they are not attending courses or simply just inform that they are not eligible for the finance. I feel my students are discriminated and I am seeking legal advice on that.

Please let me know if I can do anything on this matter.
