Customer Question

I have had a retinal haemmorage three weeks ago and saw the specialist again yesterday. He initially said he was going to discharge me but on examining my eye he said that there was still blood in the eye and I would need to go back in 2 weeks. I said is this usual and he said no. I am wondering if I should be doing anything to help the healing eg resting my eye, and also why the blood might not be dispersing.  The cause of the haemmorage was shrinkage of the jelly apparently.
