I have an a corneal erosion but it is not responding to the treatment of Chloramphenical, Lac-Lube and Viscotears. Had condition for 4 weeks now. Eye closing, watering, adverse to sunlight. Can feel the erosion with every eye movement.
This is Dr. David

you need to consult with an eye doctor to assess your corneal erotion

you might need a pressure eye patch for a few days on your eyes to help with healing.

sodium chloride drops 2% or 5% several times during the day and sodium chloride ointment 5% at bedtime could help

there are other measures which could help you heal if these measures don't work

have you seen an eye doctor yet?

have you tried a pressure eye patch for 1-2 days to see if this helps?
