Hi. What you described is called balanitis. It’s due to blocked tear ducts which cause the swelling of your eyelids and the crusting.
Expert:  Dr. Mark replied 1 year ago.
Treatment is to use a hot compress on the island for 10 minutes 3 to 4 times a day. You should also scrub your eyelids with a washcloth using baby shampoo twice a day.

Hot compresses on the eye lids

either your typing is very bad or i am confused
Expert:  Dr. Mark replied 1 year ago.
My typing is poor. Use hot compress to the eye for 10 minutes several times a day. Then scrub your eyelid with baby shampoo on a wash cloth. This will remove the crusts and open up the blocked tear ducts.
