Due to Divorce, Ex wife left we with all joint matrimonial

Customer Question

Due to Divorce, Ex wife left we with all joint matrimonial debts, which I am doing my best to resolve.

I have today received a letter from the Property Management company, stating that will revoke my lease, if I do not pay the £4,400 payment.

I am streched out as I am dealing with over £320,000 matrimonial debt, ( plus is is both my ex wifes names and my name) but ex refuses to accpet any joint matrimonial debts. I pursuing court dealings for the above. But shall I tell the property management company and there lawyers?
