Customer Question

I consulted my GP because I thought my wife was having mental problems as side effects of prescribed drugs. We were caring for our granddaughter. The effect of a home visit from a GP resulted n me being being referred to a crisis team. Much worse, my son was contacted at work and told he had to come and take his daughter away from us. This has caused a family crisis with my 2 sons telling my wife they would not bring their children to our house again. What happened ?
