tribunal for csa demanded his business accounts and joint bank

Customer Question

tribunal for csa demanded his business accounts and joint bank and credit card staements with the new wife, he was obstructive and did not provide anything after more warnings.
The tribunal shrugged their shoulders, did nothing and made their decision based on his self assesment and lies about diverting his income and business shares into the new wife's name.
He got away with defying the tribunal, where do I go from here?
