what about the grandparents, they play an active role. and both sets are nice. do they have a right to always have access to our daughter? i'd assume this would never be a problem, they just asked, so wanting to double check. thanks

In general terms the Grand Parents are expected to share the contact that the parents have rather than having separate provision in their own right.
Only where for some reason that parents has no contact or only limited contact would Grandparents have separate provision
