My name is Clare
I will do my best to help you but I need some further information first.
Whose name is ***** ***** credit cards?
who owns the house?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Hi Clare,

The house is in both our names.

The credit cards are individual not joint names.

How much is the house worth and how much is outstanding on the mortgage.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

The house is worth £200k, there is £90k outstanding on the mortgage.

Essentially you are each responsible for the debts in your sole names
The equity in the house wil be split 50/50 unless you have agreed otherwise - but you may not be able to force a sale until your children are 18
I hope that this is of assistance - please ask if you need further details
