Has anything recently changed re what CSA i need to pay if I never see my children, which is their choice not mine?
Thank you for your question.
My name is ***** ***** I will do my best to help
There have been a number of changes with regard to how the assessment is calculated - new cased will be based on Gross rather than net income; and will extend to the age of 20 if the child stays in secondary education.
It has not changed the fact that maintenance is payable whether or not you see the child.
I hope that this is of assistance - please ask if you need further details
