he said that my late dad didnt leave a will
whish i know he did my name isnt on the will am i inteatal to half of my dads will

You are entitled to claim whatever your father left you in his will OR you can elect to claim what are called legal rights which is one quarter of your father's money and other non heritable assets, ie, excluding any house or other land and buildings.
