My grandaughter is 2 years old her mother has mental health

Customer Question

My grandaughter is 2 years old her mother has mental health issues as in she suffers from depression and my son is an alcoholic pron to out burst of bad temper. Until now I was very involved in her life and although the home is difficult felt that I was involved enougth to keep an eye on the fact that she was safe and being adequatly cared for. However following a recent upset my son is no longer allowing me to see her and despite attempting to make the peace on 3 occations now he doesn't want to know me. I can put up with this if I have to but I am very concerned about the safty andf developement of my grandaughter. I think that if I phone social services that would completely destroy any hope of trying to salvage our relationship as a family. I have read that I stand very little chance of getting any sort of access throufgh the courts. And I really don't know what to do for the best. Please advise

Dear Nicola

I was a little worried when I went on a review site last night and there were some reports of this being a scam webb site I hope that this is not the case but have alerted my bank to be cautious that no more request for payments on my account are made and if they were to be it would be referred to the fruad dept as this was a one off fee for a one off question.

The review site stated that questions were often deferred and indeed not answered at all. As previously stated I hope this is not the case and await your responce with interest and hope that it will be within a timely period.

This e-mail is not sent to cause you offence and if you are genuin then I think that you should investigate the review site that is clearly not complementry and could easily put potential customers of using your site if they had read the reviews first It certainly would have made me think twice.
