My son is aged 20 years. His father passed away 13 years ago.

Customer Question

My son is aged 20 years. His father passed away 13 years ago. I have recently learned that his grandfather (his fathers father) has passed away. We have also learned that his grandfather has not left our son anything in his will. It appears that the estate has been left to the surviving children ( i.e my sons fathers brother/sister).
Can my son challenge the will and claim his fathers share of his inheritance (what his dead father would have inherited had he been alive) ?
