My husband has set up 5 ltd companies whilst I have been married to him. If I am not a director or guarantor of them and we dont have joint assests because my flat is in my name am I liable for any debt as not all of these
businesses are profitable?
Thank you for your question.
No, you are not responsible for company debts for companies that you don't own or have guaranteed.
I hope this helps. Please leave a positive response so that I am credited for my time.
