Currently going through a separation

Customer Question

Hi, I am currently going through what looks like a separation from my wife; a month ago she informed me things weren't working & told me to leave our shared tenancy flat. I am still living in our home, but am unsure as to where she is currently staying; we have now given our 2-months’ notice on the flat. I have found out today that she has applied for a new flat elsewhere. She has also told me where our furniture paid for out of a joint account will be going (her sister, & her friend who I assume she is moving in with!) One of her reasons for her actions was that she pays more into our joint account than I do; I am unsure as to what her intentions are for our shared future & would like to know how to where I stand. I am unfortunately on a tight schedule as she has arranged for one of our sofas to be taken this weekend!
