My partner and i split up in February we were not married

Customer Question

Hi my partner and i split up in February we were not married or livinG together we have a 2 year old daughter. He tried to strangle me one day and social services got involved. He was having supervised visits with his mother but decided he didn't want to pay maintenance so i was told no contact. I decided i didn't want his money. He decided he did not want to have anything to do with our daughter anymore. Now he's been texting saying he wants contact with his daughter and he wants to take her for weekends. He works weekends so how is that suppose to work. He has never looked after her when we were together i don't want her going for weekends i think she is to young. now he's saying he will take me to court and the judge will give my daughter to him at weekends. What should i do
