My dad passed away beginning of september. leaving no will.

Customer Question

my dad passed away beginning of september. leaving no will. his pension and wages were 100% left to me (his only son) his partner he was with for 18 years has demanded everything gets split 50/50. even though they lived pretty much separately. my dad moved in with her in 2011 after selling his home. her home is hers. they didnt even share a banl account. shes has a bought house a great job. shes financially secure. i agreed and have gave her half his pension and wages. i feel that the money left in his bank accounts from his house should go to me, but shes demanding half of that too? they were not even married. what do i do from here ??
