Hi, So if the loan has an outstanding £8000 to repay does that mean I have to pay any of that? Also the car is valued at around £10000 do I have to pay my husband to keep it?
Thank you
HiAssets are not dealt with on an individual basis. As part of your settlement you may well receive the car which has a net value of £2,000.Who will pay the loan will simply be another part of the settlementClare
