what is the order of x-examination in final hearing? Is the applicant x-examined first, or the respondent?
HiIt is the Application of the Applicant (!) and accordingly their case comes first and they are cross examined firstClare

as i am litigant in person, will the judge watch for inappropriate lines of questioning or do i need to 'object' myself during x-examination?
I am afraid that you have watched too many tv shows.
Do not object to anything - if the Judge thinks it is not relevant he or she will be quick to say so
