I have already had a cafcass interview but held back with some information. Is there an opportunity to reveal this information at a later date? The court has ordered a S37 report which I fully understand the seriousness. However do i reveal this information to the social services when they come to interview me or is there a later stage to reveal this information?
HiThank you for your questionMy name is ***** ***** I shall do my best to help youIf a s37 has been ordered then it is essential that you tell the Social worker ALL the concerns that you have - failure to do so will simply mean that any further allegations will be dismissed as fictitiousPlease ask if you need further details

my concern is will adding new information come across as being bitter and emotional as opposed to dealing with the so called safeguarding issues that have been falsely alleged against me and my family?
There is a risk of that - which is why if you have something that needs to be said you need to say it now.But do be sure that it is a real safeguarding concern

Will social services want to interview the people whose name has been mentioned in the cafcass report?
