I am currently filling in a D80e as part of an application for a decree nisi.
In question 10 there are boxes to tick to confirm the signature on the acknowledgement of service is that of the respondent. So far so good. Beneath that are an addition set of tick boxes referring to the signature in a statement to be attached as Exhibit B. What does this refer to?
Thanks in advance.
Thank you for your questionMy name is ***** ***** I shall do my best to help you.You can safely ignore those boxes. There are times when the petitioner has to refer to other documents and that is there for those times! Please ask if you need further details
