Is it until this date the finances joint and afterwards sole which i think is important for the consent order

We arein England
We have been married nearly 14 years
We have a house together and money in saving accounts and ISAs
We decided 50/50 the money and my husband wants to buy my share in the house

However,which is the date until our money are joint during divorce process

The court will want both of you to disclose what each of your assets, liabilities and income are at the time of filling in your D81 form (financial information sheet) which accompanies the consent order - therefore the date used for assets would be the date of signing your D81 form.
