My uncle died before his wife died by 20 years, no children,

This answer was rated:

My uncle died before his wife died by 20 years, no children, and all my uncles brothers and sisters are deceased . Am I entitled to anything. His wife died intestate . She has 2 living siblings.

Dear Mick

I am afraid not as those who will inherit from the intestacy of your uncle's wife are determined by their proximity to her not your uncle.

The 2 siblings will be entitled to share what is now her estate.

If there are any further points please reply I will be happy to respond.

I appreciate this is not the answer you desired but please accept my answer on the system so I get credit for my time.
