HI Clareregarding all the correspondence between me and Silvia or her lawyersWould all of it be admissible to court as evidence of our discussions?Would there be a benefit from showing on the discussions in court?

I Think you have pretty seen all the communications between us

There would be no benefit in doing so - and you cannot use any letters which are marked "without prejudice"

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Im guessing that goes for them on both points as well

They can use any that are not marked "without prejudice "

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
None of mine. Would there be a benefit for them
Customer: replied 6 months ago.

No benefit that I can see other than to try and bury you in paperwork
