Are future possible inheritance assets taken into account

Are future possible inheritance assets taken into account when dividing the estate in divorce cases

Generally no because an inheritance is not guaranteed. There is no certainty of receiving one or when.

The exception is where an inheritance is imminent, the testator has died and a legacy guaranteed.

If there are any further points please reply I will be happy to respond.
