I am disputing what has been written on a draft order and it’s going back to the magistrates for clarification. While I wait for the order to be changed/approved do I follow what’s been written on the draft order with regards ***** *****?

Hello - we spoke previously.

I would suggest that you abide by the current version of the order until it has been clarified, it should hopefully not take long to sort out with the court.

I hope this assists?
