Ask a Family Law Question, Get an Answer ASAP!
Hello, my name is Marcus.
Do you have any specific questions that I can help you with.
I presume that you have always been the primary carer.
You mention court - what stage are you at. Unless the court have expressly ordered that you cannot there is no reason why you cannot just leave with the children.
Unless there is an order - a Prohibited Steps Order - stating that you cannot remove the children then yes you can.
Technically not if there is a occupation order in place stating that you cannot enter the property. I would hope however he would agree to you collecting or nominating someone to collect your items on your behalf.
I would be most grateful if you could kindly rate my answer to enable me to get credit for it.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.
