Hi my wife is on bail for assaulting me on Sunday night, I have just received a message from her friend saying she wants to remove things from the house, do I have to let her at this stage other than clothes?
JA: What steps have you taken? Have you filed any papers in family court?
Customer: All I know is the cps aee Are waiting to make a diction on a charge
JA: Family Court normally sits in a local County and Magistrates' Court. Do you know the location of the court? If not, what county do you live in?
Customer: Yes it would be llandudno court I think
JA: Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: Do I have to let her take what ever she wants

She is probably on bail with conditions not to contact you! But never mind.

You don't have to let her remove anything at all but it would be fair to let her remove the things she needs to survive.

She can always get a police officer to accompany her if it came to it.
