I have lived in my father's and stepmothers house that they bought for me 13 years ago he died 3 years ago and left it to my stepmother I don't pay rent but I have been maintaining and paying for everything for it is there any way I can claim it from her as my own with the deeds in my name

Thank you

Just to confirm, who’s name are or were the deeds in

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
They were in both parents names now in just my stepmother's

Unfortunately, in that case she is now the legal owner. You have no legal right at the moment to the property. You could see if she would add your name to co own, but no legal right to do so.
when she dies, the property will pass on via her will, this may be to you if that is what the will reads. If not, then at that point in time you could challenge the will and seek a claim on the property as you have a financial interest in It for years.

But at the moment nothing you can do, sorry

Do I have any squatters right to claim for it now

No. She knows your there and the property is deed listed.
