Could you confirm if you were born in the UK? If so Do you have your birth certificate and is the date on that correct or incorrect?
Ok and when did you come to the UK? Is the documentation issued from India incorrect?
Ok. What visa did you come to the UK with and what is your status?
When did you discover that the documentation was incorrect? Was this disclosed at all during your visas? Usually you would need to update your biometric cadd using a change of circumstances form and explain and provide evidence of the error.

If theres no documentary proof then it will be difficult to change and may also cause concerns about fraud if you are now changing the date. If you want to proceed you need to complete the forms sent and provide evidence of the error from a hospital or government body that has the correct date in their possession, word of mouth is not enough.
