The parents should try and reach an arrangement in regards ***** ***** they cannot agree then an application will need to be made to the court.
If there are safety concerns or concerns in regard substance abuse then there is a basis to not allow contact or to have supervised contact, if not then the parties should try and come to an arrangement.
If they need help in coming to a decision they should contact a family mediator to assist and prepare an agreement for them.

Its not a reasonable request for a child to be taken away for a week at a time as a newborn.
The court would not make such an order for a newborn child as the baby needs it mother at such a small age.
Its where the child is resident.
That is not necessary for any purpose, he only needs to be concerned that he is registered as the father.
