Hi experts. I have a 98 ford ka non abs, 1.3. i have a problem with the
front brakes. the brakes won't release once the pedal is pushed.
i have bled the braking system twice and replaced the master cylinder .
im at a complete loss as the pedal is now pressed , firm and has not returned.
cannot drive due ti front callipers being engaged.
please please. any suggestions welcome.

Hi,my name is mike and I will assist you with your question.
The issue that you are having is consistent with a failed brake booster ( this is the big round piece that the master cylinder is mounted to). The brake booster is failing inside and loosing vacuum which results in your issue. I am also a warranty inspector and have inspected this issue many times and the fix is to replace the brake booster.
