Hi there .good afternoon to you

Ok when this issue occurs eg the PCM has been spiked The first thing that should be checked is fuse 16 (3 amp (violet ) fuse in The CJB fuse box (located behind the glove box

when this fuse blows there is no power fed to the PCM Thus the immobilsor light will flash rapidly for 1 minute then it will emit a flash code Eg 1 flash -PAUSE - 6 flashes = flash code 16 (no coms with PCM )
This is why it won't crank over

I strongly suspect the 3 amp fuse will have blown
This is the first check as a process of elimination
