This answer was rated:

Will an engine from an early 1980s' Ford Granada (V6 2.8i) fit to the gearbox of a 1978 Mark 11 Ford Mustng. The Mustang has a 4 manual trasmission. I believe the Mustang had what is called the 'Cologne' block fitted so I wondered if the Granada is the same ?

yes its the same engine the 'cologne' 2.8 V6 used in both

so it should bolt straight up
