Just had all four injectors changed with recon injectors from

Customer Question

Just had all four injectors changed with recon injectors from reputable diesel supplier.on Jag X 2.0. Also the EGR valve changed.
Heater light still flashes with Engine fault light.
Diagnostics tell me that no. 3 Cylinder knock limit is reached.
Any clues?

Hello, I'm sorry you've not had a reply sooner, I hope the following assists.

As the injectors have been replaced this will be due to a software error in the engine management. The injector correction value needs to be entered into the engine management, the correction value is the 16 digit number on the injector label, this should have been done when the injector was replaced. Once this is done then the engine management calibration needs updating to the latest available calibration this can only really be done by a dealer as they have the latest release from Jaguar.
