Hi there ,good morning to you and sorry for the delayed response Ok the most common issue we see on the fusion is a leaking Condenser or the system has just used the gas in the system Minimum amount of gas will always escape past seals etc This is the air con radiator which sits in front of the engine radiator These are more prone to stone damage due to there location The small leaks Cause the air con refridgerent to escape from the system Therefore the PCM will not power on the air con compressor if there isn't enough gas on the system The fusion has a capacity of 490grams of refridgerent r134a The first thing that must be done is to have the system recharged fully and checked for any leaksIf the fault is still present after recharging system then wiring tests would be needed but the system won't switch on without gas in the system If you need anymore help or advice on this issue please let me know If you are Completely satisfied with my answer /advice PLEASE RATE MY ANSWER Kind regards ***** ***** and have a nice day Brian
