my bonnet lock doesn't work
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 07 mk 6 350
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: put key in tried to turn right putting pressure on bonnet and still nothing , guy said I might have to drill lock out and use a screw driver to open
JA: Is the car in "Park" or "Neutral?" Do you know if your car has a "wheel lock" feature?
Customer: no its manual transit
JA: Anything else you want the Mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: no that all I need to check how to open bonnet thanks

that was one of the first things we tried
The key is very worn almost smooth we started to drill out the lock

If you have started drilling then you will have to carry on Ford locks are a nightmare.

they are using a 10mm drill and went in about 30mm before I came on here

can you offer any advice on how far to drill

Yes that is the only way i am afraid the lock will brake up then you can get a srewdriver in.
