Hi there , good afternoon to you and sorry for the delayed response

My name is ***** ***** I would be happy to assist you Today

ok is the vibration a hesitation /missfire holding back power or like a full Vehicle vibration through the floor etc

does it happen on light and hard acceleration

Does the vehicle spit out of reverse when selected or does it block /grind going into reverse

what is the registration number of your vehicle

Hi Brian. It’s not hesitation just vibrates the whole van. Doesn’t feel like a wheel problem. It’s feels like a drive problem and it happens in all acceleration. But no vibration when cruising. And it reverse gear doesn’t grind or jump out it just clunks once I lift the clutch and it goes in gear like there’s a full drive shaft but it’s front wheel drive. If done gentle it seems not to be as bad ThanksBrad

Hi brad thanks
what is the registration number of your vehicle

67 plate still have 3 moths warranty on it
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Hi brad thanks

ok I was going to say that your vehicle it’s still in warranty

transit warranty is 3 years / 100,000 miles

ok the vibration issue is most commonly caused by a imbalanced drivers side driveshaft thus you feel a wobble type vibration through the full van body

the reverse gear is a separate concern and will be Most commonly down to a worn reverse gear synchroniser Hub

this requires the gearbox to be removed and stripped

the synchro hub helps slow the gearbox down to aid gear selection and when it wears it causes blocking of the gears

these repairs are covered under warranty

If you need any further help or technical assistance going forward Brad

If you are satisfied with my answer /advice thus far

as this is how iam Accredited for my advice and time and also to build my online profile

Kind regards ***** ***** and have a nice evening and stay safe

Any POSITIVE FEEDBACK/are kindly appreciated

Kindest regards ***** *****
