I went into menu; settings ; restore defauilt setting ; yes
When it resetted, it started like a new device? Like when you first purchased it?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
No - nothing changed at all - just gave me the 1st 2 windows Navigation and menu as before. when i go to Navigation it loads to 'Loading voices' before i get the application error
ok, then it did not run it
Remove the charger from the device and hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.
Release, then connect the charger and turn it on and tell me if you still get the error please.
Let me know the results please

Reset but no change. Sorry really have to go . I'll follow more instructions on my return. Thanks
Thanks, ***** ***** confirms the issue sorry
It is the internal memory that has faulted.
A corrupted firmware can cause this. But we have ruled this out by trying to reinstall it.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the unit to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
