I have a nozatec truck sat nav it has stopped working I get the message IGO .ex error aand it will not start the navigation help please
Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: sorry I cant find the details
Assistant: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I was downloading the updates
Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It will not go into navigation at all it just goes blank screen

It is a P Navi (Nozatec) truck sat nav bought 2014

ok, disconnect it from the power,, wait 10 minutes, connect the power and tell me how it then functions please.

It is the internal mainbiard that has faulted, this now confirms it
