I have a Garmin Approach X10 Golf GPS band.
JA: How old is your Approach?
Customer: Yesterday, I went to use it & non of the touch screen functions would work.
JA: What have you tried so far with your Garmin?
Customer: l bought it in May 2019.
JA: Anything else you want the GPS Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have tried to switch the power off to perhaps reboot it but I am unable to switch it off because the touch screen won’t allow me to do so

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your watch. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the watch and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the watch.
