can i wire two friedland 8v door bell systems to one push button
Welcome. My name is XXXXX XXXXX would be glad to assist.

Where is the 1st chime and 2nd chime locations?

How far apart are they from each other?

Do you know where the transformer is located on each?
If so, look at the transformer and see what the label shows, possibly 8V 1A?

Hi tommy
The chime locations are the hallway and lounge

The location are approx 7m apart

The transformers are adjacent to the chimes and are rated 8v 0.5amp

Ok, thanks for the information Peter.

To accomplish 2 chimes from one button, you would need to first, upgrade one of the transformers now, and disconnect the other one at its location.
You would then tie the 2 chimes together with the single button.
The upgrade is required to carry the load of the 2 chimes, so you do not frop the 8Volts needed.

You would then be able to run both from the same button and a single transformer.

In your case, I would upgrade to a 8V-2A transformer--CLICK HERE to see one
I am sure you can find one locally.
