I have a Honeywell CM927 wireless controller combi central

Customer Question

I have a Honeywell CM927 wireless controller for my combi central heating. It is showing the words 'Internal Error' and a symbol looking like an open ended spanner next to the flame symbol. It is turning on the central heating even though the room is well above temperature. Please advise.

Hi I am sorry to hear that. I need some information. If you disable the wireless controller by removing the batteries will the heating unit still run? Or does the heating unit run continuously now?
