Greenstar HE 40+, hot water ok but no heating.
Program starts when into shiphon fill for about 20 secounds program stops.

What type of room stat do you have?

mechanical, old type dial. The siphon fill program runs for about 20 seconds then the heating program stops, it normally runs for 10 mins or so.

Siphon fill cycle should only run if the power has been disconnected?

It has always run when i put heating on. I never use it on timed only on heating constantly on then turn heating dial up to 3 when required. It does not work on timed either.

Can you check power in and out if your room stat?

all power leaving and coming back ok. Have TRV's upstairs and room stats down.

This is what turns the heating on as long as heating is selected on the boiler also.

Can you confirm the pump is spinning?

Pump starts with ignition runs for the 20secounds then shuts down.

Does the boiler fire at all or just keep trying to light?

As on last answer, ignites runs for 20secounds ( temp 78’) then shuts down.
