Hello the start/stop button is not working on the lid. Can it be repaired?
JA: What's the brand and model of your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: It is a mira jump 8.5 not sure how old it is, a few years
JA: How long has this been going on? What have you tried so far?
Customer: It's just started. It is the start/stop button. I have taken the cover off and there is a loose plastic strip from the back of the switch. Can I get a replacement part
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: All I know it was loose at the back of the switch and doesn't seem to be anything to screw it back on
