I have just now tried to reset my enzo home system shs-1320

Hello I have just now tried to reset my enzo home system shs-1320 and now I cannot gain access old code is not working now as well any idea or who I can urgently contact to assist me
JA: Just to clarify, what device or product are you trying to access?
Customer: Samsung EZON door entry system
JA: How long have you had your SHS-1320?
Customer: Two yera two years but has been added when new build completed 2012
JA: What have you tried so far?
Customer: Reset button on back then entered old password ***** thought I had added new one then tried and new and old not working
JA: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: nope

If the code is no longer working then you will need to reset it as follows:

  1. Unlock and open door
  2. Hold [REG] button for 15 seconds until the third set of chimes are heard
  3. Enter(###) ###-####+
  4. Close door and allow the unit to lock and set the bolt direction.
