hi ive got a honda 350 quad 2006 it just about flattens the battery starting from cold but just one mild pull of the cord starter and away it goes no problem ive tryed fully charged battery with jump leads it turns over quickley but still takes forever to start can anyone help?

Hi .

If you can start the engine with the pull cord very easily but takes a long time to start with the ignition key then you will have to try an another ignition module.

What happens is the ignition is losing power when the ignition key is used ,check all earths first on the battery and chassis ,also the engine earth straps clean all then try again .then if no improvement try another ignition module .
